Cream Earl Grey Sachets

A few years ago, I was on a trip to Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island. We had breakfast every morning at a café that had yummy food. I was delighted upon tasting their Earl Grey tea and asked the proprietor what the source was. We walked over to Lady Baker's Tea premises and I bought both the Cream of Earl Grey and the London Fog Earl Grey, and I've been ordering both by mail since. The flavors are delicious and nicely subtle.

I look forward to sharing this tea with a friend of mine who is on leave from work but will be back in a month or so. As you've written, I think it would be especially nice with a well-made cake or pastry. I put a little honey in the cup and that makes the tea seem like dessert on its own!
