Refund policy
We are passionate about tea here at Lady Baker’s and we want you, our customers, to find the perfect teas for you. While we do not currently offer returns on loose leaf tea, if you’re unhappy with your tea purchase, please feel free to contact us at s ales@ladybakerstea.com and we’ll get back to you with a proposed solution.
If you’d like to make a return or exchange of an accessory, we offer refunds and exchanges on unused tea accessories within 30 days of your purchase, shipping not included. All refunds will be processed using the same method of payment as the original purchase. Simply contact us at the email listed above and we’ll be happy to help walk you through the process.
