Sometimes referred to as bachelor buttons because of the shape of the flower heads, this premium quality herb comes from Egypt. Essential oils in the flowers produce a soothing pleasant aroma and a fruity character. Camomile is often referred to as sleepy tea because its natural relaxing components are known to assist the restless. Field grown and sun-dried in the Nile delta, the liquor is yellowish in colour.
