The importance of a great team
When you are trying to run a successful small business, having a great team is essential. Lady Baker's Tea Trolley has been very lucky to have an incredible core team and an ever-growing number of former team members who really have, for all practical purposes, remained an important part of the team. One of our first employees was Shannon. At the time she was studying voice at the University of Prince Edward Island. While working for Lady Baker's Tea Trolley she met her husband (the company takes the credit for that one), and she is now married with the cutest little one.
