Rheumatoid Arthritis and I have not exactly been best friends since it came into my neighbourhood when I was 19. Little did I know what the diagnosis meant back then. At times, a vicious intruder and at times a more subtle, irksome, unwanted guest, it had decided to stay. And now I read lots about the health benefits of tea as I drink my cuppa and hindsight tells me that tea has been the constant companion and comfort food that’s played an integral part in my doing so well! Yeah tea! Black teas have been in my tradition of tea times, but of late, green teas have been making their way into the teapot.
